These Terms govern your use of the TGM Services website, customer account, Discord services, support tools, and any gaming-related digital service you purchase from us (collectively, the Services).
By creating an account, using the Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies and service-specific disclosures presented to you, including our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. At checkout, you will be asked to affirmatively accept the versions that apply to your order.
If you do not agree, do not place an order or use the Services.
You may place an order only if:
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the selected payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order when eligibility, authorization, or payment cannot reasonably be confirmed.
TGM Services provides independent gaming-related digital services described on the applicable service page and in your checkout summary. The scope of your purchase is limited to the description, selected options, supported platform, requirements, and estimate recorded with your order.
TGM Services is independent. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized representative of any game publisher, developer, console manufacturer, marketplace, or platform operator. Third-party names, games, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or the subject of a service.
You agree to provide accurate contact, game, platform, account, and order information. You are responsible for:
You may not impersonate another person, use another person's payment method without permission, submit false information, interfere with another customer's order, or abuse TGM's staff, systems, support channels, or payment processes.
The order summary shown before payment states the selected service, options, price, expected requirements, and applicable disclosures. You are responsible for reviewing it before paying.
Prices may change for future orders. A later catalog or price change does not rewrite an accepted order. If a material pricing or description error is found before work starts, we may ask you to approve a correction or cancel and refund the affected order.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. TGM does not store your full card number. The provider may collect and use payment, billing, device, fraud-prevention, and authentication data under its own terms and privacy notice.
An order is not paid merely because a checkout screen was completed. Our system treats payment as confirmed only after the payment provider reports a successful payment through the approved integration.
Some Services require account access, temporary credentials, backup codes, files, game content, platform subscriptions, specific settings, scheduling, or your presence. The service page and checkout disclosure identify the known requirements.
You must provide usable requirements through the approved method and avoid interfering while work is in progress. For account-access Services, use a temporary password where possible and change it after we confirm completion.
The estimated delivery window begins only when TGM has the usable information, access, files, approvals, and availability needed to begin. The estimate may be paused when a customer-caused blocker prevents work, including unusable credentials, missing requirements, login interference, inaccurate information, unavailability, or failure to answer a necessary question. We will make a reasonable effort to tell you when an order is waiting on you.
Delivery times are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. TGM is a small team, and actual completion can be earlier or later depending on order volume, staff availability, game/platform availability, technical conditions, and customer readiness.
A delay does not by itself create an automatic right to a refund. If the applicable estimate expires before work starts for a reason attributable to TGM, you may request a full refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If the delay is caused or extended by missing customer information, access, materials, cooperation, or availability, TGM will review any cancellation request based on the recorded facts.
Work starts only when TGM records the authorized start of fulfillment for the applicable service. Payment, queue placement, ticket creation, assignment to a booster, or receipt of credentials does not by itself mean work has started.
Once work starts:
This rule does not permit TGM to keep payment for a Service it cannot deliver. If delivery is incorrect, we first receive a reasonable opportunity to correct or redeliver it. If TGM cannot deliver or correct the promised Service, we will issue a full refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
When TGM marks an order complete, we will send notice through one or more available channels and open a 24-hour review window. You may:
If you report an issue within the window, closure pauses while we review or correct it. If you confirm completion, or if no issue is reported before the window expires, the order closes operationally as accepted.
Operational acceptance is evidence that the purchased Service was delivered. It does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived and does not excuse a genuine payment or merchant error.
Game publishers and platform operators control their games, accounts, rules, updates, sanctions, availability, and data. Their actions are outside TGM's control. Depending on the Service, use may conflict with a third party's terms or carry a risk of suspension, ban, rollback, reset, loss of progress, loss of items, or later incompatibility.
We do not promise that any Service is risk-free, permanent, undetectable, approved by a third party, or immune from a future game/platform change. You must review and accept the service-specific risk disclosure before purchase.
After the purchased Service has been correctly fulfilled and accepted, a later third-party suspension, ban, rollback, reset, game update, platform outage, policy change, loss of access, or removal of content does not qualify for a refund, redo, replacement, or compensation. You knowingly accept this risk when ordering.
When a Service requires sensitive account information, use the TGM Credential Vault rather than posting credentials in ordinary chat. The Vault is designed to store submitted values in encrypted form, restrict routine access to the currently assigned authorized fulfiller after identity verification, record reveals, and delete credentials after the approved post-completion period.
TGM's AI assistant is not permitted to read Vault contents. Additional details, including access and deletion behavior, appear in the Privacy Policy and the Vault notice shown when information is requested.
No online system can promise absolute security. You remain responsible for changing temporary credentials after fulfillment and maintaining control of your recovery methods. If required credentials are refused and no workable alternative exists, we may cancel and refund the order before work starts.
TGM may provide support through this website, the official TGM Discord server, and the emails we send to the address recorded with your order. Some replies are generated or assisted by an automated AI system. The assistant may explain published information, retrieve authorized order facts, or request human help, but it cannot approve a refund, make a legal decision, classify fraud, or override an owner's decision.
Only the official contacts identified on our website are authorized TGM channels. TGM staff will not ask you to send payment or credentials to an unverified account or unsolicited direct message. Report suspected impersonation through the identity check on this website, at /verify.
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms and controls refund eligibility, correction, cancellation, method, and timing. In summary:
The complete Refund and Cancellation Policy shown at checkout is controlling.
Before asking your bank or card issuer to reverse a payment, contact TGM through an official support channel and allow up to seven calendar days for us to investigate and offer an available resolution. Nothing in this section removes rights or deadlines that cannot legally be waived.
Filing a dispute without first contacting us and allowing that opportunity, or disputing a Service that was delivered as described, is a breach of these Terms and may be treated as abusive after review of the evidence. We may:
The arrival of a dispute does not automatically prove fraud. TGM reviews the provider reason, customer contact, merchant conduct, and fulfillment evidence before making a permanent account decision.
You may not use the Services to:
We may refuse, pause, or terminate Services where reasonably necessary to protect customers, staff, TGM, providers, or third parties.
We may add, modify, pause, limit, or discontinue a Service or website feature, including for maintenance, technical problems, provider changes, staffing, legal requirements, game/platform changes, abuse prevention, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Changes apply prospectively. For a paid order we can no longer fulfill, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a correction, replacement arrangement accepted by you, or a refund as required by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
The TGM name, original website content, software, graphics, documentation, and other materials created for TGM are owned by or licensed to TGM and may not be copied, sold, or reused except as law permits or we authorize in writing.
Third-party game, platform, and product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a Service does not transfer intellectual property rights in TGM's systems or any third-party game/platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided on an as available basis. Except for the express commitments in the accepted service description and these Terms, TGM disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non- infringement.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, a result beyond the exact purchased scope, a permanent game/platform result, or immunity from third-party enforcement or technical change. This section does not exclude a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGM and its owners, staff, and fulfillers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, or access arising from the Services or a third-party game/platform action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGM's total aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid TGM for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or capped.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TGM, its owner, staff, and fulfillers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, misuse of the Services, material breach of these Terms, false information, unauthorized account/payment activity, or violation of another person's rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify TGM for TGM's own conduct where applicable law prohibits it.
If TGM seeks indemnification, we will tell you about the claim without unreasonable delay, give you the information you reasonably need to respond, and let you take part in the defense at your own cost. We will not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on your behalf or imposes an obligation on you without your agreement, which you will not unreasonably withhold.
We may suspend or terminate an account, cancel an unstarted order, limit access, or refuse future Services for material breach, abuse, fraud risk, unauthorized payment, impersonation, threats, interference, or conduct that creates a reasonable risk to TGM or others.
Where payment was accepted for work TGM will not perform, the Refund and Cancellation Policy still applies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, evidence, intellectual-property, limitation, indemnification, and dispute provisions, remain in effect.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who receives it, how long we retain it, and how to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy. By using the Services, you acknowledge those practices.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The current version and effective date will be posted conspicuously. Material changes will be communicated by the method described in the Privacy Policy or other reasonable notice.
An order remains linked to the policy versions accepted at checkout. A later change does not silently rewrite the agreement for that completed purchase, except where law requires otherwise.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the Services, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of- laws rules.
Before starting a formal claim, both parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through the official support route in section 26, without delaying any non-waivable deadline.
If the issue is not resolved that way, it will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. Both parties consent to that venue and to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms contain no mandatory arbitration clause and no class-action waiver. You keep whatever right you have to bring a claim in small-claims court, to take part in a class or representative action, and to raise a complaint with a regulator or payment provider.
If you order from outside the United States, this section does not remove a mandatory consumer protection, forum, or remedy that the law of your place of residence gives you and does not allow to be contracted away.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. These Terms and the incorporated policies/disclosures form the agreement for the Services unless TGM agrees to a written amendment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Questions, cancellation/refund requests, privacy requests, and suspected scams must be sent through an official TGM contact:
TGM is an online business and does not publish a walk-in or mailing address. Every route above reaches TGM staff and is monitored.
Do not send account credentials by email or ordinary Discord message. Use the Credential Vault only when TGM requests it for an eligible paid order.
